A very mild Bavarian staple. Our Weisswurst are made from the finest cuts of pork. Just simmer in water and serve. Great with sweet mustard and German potato salad. No nitrites added. If not using within one week of receipt please freeze.

Delicious Weisswurst

We thoroughly enjoyed the weisswurst with sweet mustard, a hefeweizen, and soft pretzel. Very mild flavor. The sausage was delivered in a styrofoam cooler with three ice packs and arrived cold. Excellent product and excellent company.

Very good taste! I thoroughly enjoyed Weisswurst with toasted rye. I'll order more next time I put in my order The skin was so easy to peel after I slit the links lengthwise.
