Having enjoyed other Schmalz's products locally, we were very anxious to try other cuts, I found their on-line store and was ecstatic!!! This bacon surely delivers ... Slice to your preferred thickness and fry it up!!! You will love the subtle smokiness and reasonably lean slab!!!

This bacon has a beautiful smoked flavor and is not over salty like most you buy. Loved I can slice it to my desired thickness. Throughly enjoyed this bacon and all the other products I've tried so far from my last order. Will definitely be a return customer! YUM 😋
