This Bavarian style Zungenwurst is made using an old family recipe that was brought from Germany. It is oh so tasty when used for a sandwich on hearty bread, best served with mustard and pickle.

If you are truly looking for the GOOD STUFF then go no further. This is true old school and has never disappointed...Rich iron silky fat nubs and large pieces of tongue.
I found this product to be true to life. The chunks of toung and small cubes of fat with the rich iron flavor of the blood just all complement the entire brick. If you are looking for something to reflect the true taste of old time sausage making this is the way to go.
