Simply the Best!

This is by far the best tasting blood & tongue loaf that I have eaten. It appears "rich" in color and tastes "rich" in flavor! It is hard to get in my area so I order from Schmalz and it arrives the next day!

Great Blood & Tongue

I haven't had Blood & Tongue in years and Schmalz B&T is great! Great taste and good price on shipping. I live in Bergen County and delivery is fast. Very good customer service. YUMMY!

If you are truly looking for the GOOD STUFF then go no further. This is true old school and has never disappointed...Rich iron silky fat nubs and large pieces of tongue.

I found this product to be true to life. The chunks of toung and small cubes of fat with the rich iron flavor of the blood just all complement the entire brick. If you are looking for something to reflect the true taste of old time sausage making this is the way to go.
