Good But Not Great

Your Sweet Sopressata is a dried cured coarser ground salami with nice seasoning with garlic and pepper.
My issue has to do with the amount gristle in the mix. unless sliced very thin you wing up chewing a tough, rubbery connective tissues, gristle. Not good finish.

OH YEAH!

Very good sweet Sopressata! I love it with fresh ground pepper and a bit of salt. I just purchased 8 sticks and it is just delicious! Oh so good! I'm glad I found Schmalz Foods so close to home in Jersey!
