Love this kielbasy

Are we supposed eat the casing?

Pictures and labels are imprinted on the sausage, are we supposed to eat them?

Tastes great but the casing is too difficult to remove

A little more hot doggy than the regular koilbasa. I would love it for sandwiches but the casing would rather shred then peel.

it tastes good -

an ok taste appeal, but very greasy
perhaps it is supposed to be greasy like spam?
might be better fried as some suggest, but we find it to be mostly fat and not a good to eat sandwich or cold deli sliced.

Even better fried or grilled

This may be considered as blasphemy among the German sausage virturoso's but when it's grilled it's delish and when fried it blows baloney away.
