Excellent bacon slab!

I hardly ever write reviews, but this bacon is honestly highly recommended - I even used it diced for baking Galician Ryebread!

Who doesn’t like bacon? Schmalzs makes it so good, it’s hard to resist. Moving south from NJ, makes it difficult to visit the cold room/store on Fadem Street, but shipping is available and we get to enjoy some of the vacuum packaged products. Cheers to you Schmalzs!
