It is a very lean piece of ham that is cured with Natural Spices and gently smoked to perfection over hard woods. It is fully cooked and ready to eat. Wow! This ham was a hit with our family and was gobbled up within a couple of days. Great flavor. Opened it right up, sliced and served with crackers and cheese.

Bogi Ham is Great

I tried Bogi Ham for the first time and it's a winner! I live alone and this ham will be here for the holidays as well as during the year. Home made peach glaze tops it off! Perfect size for a meal with plenty of leftovers to enjoy. Great taste!
